Hi, I'm Andy. I live and work in Kansas City, MO. This site is intended to be very practical -- book an appointment, find out what I'm reading and listening to, and find out what I'm working on. 

Professional

I teach business and entrepreneurship skills to creatives.

I am an Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Management in the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC). I'm also Managing Director in the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at UMKC. So my time is split between teaching and administering entrepreneurship outreach programs.

Personal

My family (me, my wife, and my son) live in the Waldo neighborhood of KCMO. We spend most of our time playing and cooking. We're slowly renovating our home (DIY with the help of my dad).

I'm a musician. My primary instrument is upright bass. I enjoy audio recording and editing. I have a modest record collection of new records. I enjoy going to live shows.
